Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival
Outdoor painting followed by a wet-paint exhibit and sale
This yellow easel, a BertonBox, is a complete painting station which we make available to anyone in the Port Wing community 24/7, from July 1st until mid August. There are 22 of these scattered around town at picturesque sites. The only requirement is that the artist leave the canvasses until after the Plein Air Festival Exhibition.
The Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival is thankful for the generous grant received from The Chequamegon Bay Arts Council (CBAC) and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.

The Festival became reality in 2009 through support of the Port Wing Area Business Association.
