Having retired a few years back I began doing more artwork. I seem to have very eclectic taste when it comes to subject matter. So, I move from portraits, to animals, vacation spots, etc. My taste in medium is also eclectic and I try to experiment. I struggled with the idea of Shakespeare’s “jack of all trades, master of none,” but I can’t seem to help myself. It’s all so interesting.

I’ve never participated in a Plein Air event, and am nervous and excited at the same time. Looking forward to the challenge; as well as meeting other artists. I expect I will be inspired by them and their work, as well as the beautiful area in an around Port Wing.
