- Have your painting surfaces stamped for the event
- Get maps
- Get rules and regs.
- Drop off artwork for exhibition and sale at the town hall 8:00 to noon or by appointment
Artists may begin painting as soon as they register and have their canvases stamped.

Friday August 4th

Painting all day
7 pm to 9:00 pm – Artist’s Reception location TBA
Saturday August 5th
8:30am – Quick Paint Event Rendezvous at the Marina office
9:00 am to 10:30 am – Quick Paint – around the marina area
8:30 to noon – Drop off artwork for exhibition and sale at the town hall
10:30 am to 12:00 pm – Framing and Matting – artists prepare their work for exhibiting
12:00 pm – Deadline for Paintings to be Delivered to the Town Hall for Judging
12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Exhibition Closed – for hanging, judging and student viewing
3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Exhibition at the Town Hall Pavilion
- Awards ceremony around 3:30 pm
- Voting for Peoples Choice Award
- Wet Painting sale
After 7:00 pm to 9pm – Artist Reception, location TBA
Sunday August 6th
10:00 am to 1:00 pm – Exhibit at Town Hall (Possibly in the Pavilion) Open to the Public
- People’s Choice Award announced
- Paintings to be removed after 1:00 pm and before 3pm
