Terms and Liability Policy

Artists are fully responsible for the security, care and safety of their work and property.

Neither the Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival, the Town of Port Wing, the Port Wing Business Association, nor any other organization, sponsor, or individual related to this event or performing any service during the event or acting in any capacity for the event or their agents, assigns, or employees assumes liability for loss or damage to artwork or other property from any cause at any time in any location during this event.

Participating Artists hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival, the Town of Port Wing, the Port Wing Business Association, and any other organization, sponsor, or individual related to this event or performing any service during the event or acting in any capacity for this event, or their agents, assigns, or employees with regards to any damages and/or willful conduct, or as a result of the use of their products or equipment.

By submitting this Registration this Artist indicates acceptance of all provisions set out within the Registration and authorizes the use of images of works they create during the Festival, and images of themselves during the Festival, without charge, for educational and publicity purposes only, including, but not limited to, the Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival website during and after the Festival.
